Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging, when applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Return requests are reviewed based on the product condition, order details, and the reason for return. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain eligible for support as described below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by a defect
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Personalized or customer-customized items, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tapgrix.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returned items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tapgrix.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not guarantee exchanges for size, color, or preference-based reasons.
