Shipping Cost

Tapgrix currently offers free standard shipping in our supported markets. Shipping costs are included in the product price, so there are no surprise standard shipping fees at checkout for supported destinations.

If a shipping option is displayed at checkout, the shipping cost shown before payment applies to that order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help you review the situation.
